Capris are back: Here's how to style them
They’re not shorts, but also not pants.

Fashion is circular. We're all wearing low-rise denim, leopard print, and athleisure that our moms probably wore back in the 1990s. Now, it's time for capris to shine. Pants that fall below the knee– not shorts, but also not fully pants. Styling capris can be tough, but I’ve got you covered. Here are a couple of my personal favorite ways:
Sporty Style is in and capris are the answer. Ever wonder how to spice up your pilates or yoga outfit? My personal favorite way: a pair of plain black ones topped with a hoodie. It’s the perfect way to channel your inner Hailey Bieber. Add your favorite sneakers and a baseball cap, and there you have your perfect post-gym coffee run fit.

Going out? If I had to guess, I’d say that the same old mini skirt is starting to feel a little repetitive... Sometimes it's nice to switch out your usual jeans or black mini for a pair of capris. While yes, I know, it's a little scary, a pair of capris with a fitted top is the perfect fall frat or bar look. Or, if you’re just going out for dinner and drinks, throw on a kitten heel and a black purse seamlessly tie the look together.
Going on Vacation?A looser pair of capris is perfect for walking around and sightseeing. Pair them with the trendiest flip flops of last summer, Havaianas, and you’re ready to be not only cute, but comfy. Whether you're walking on the beach in Europe or through New York City, capris are perfect for the occasion.
Casual, but make it chic. Need a cute outfit for your 8 a.m.? Capris can also work for any daily occasion– running errands, grabbing coffee with friends or going to class. A pair of denim capris, with a basic or patterned top, is perfect for any of these occasions.
