This means that the semester is halfway through and now it’s time to reset and refresh yourself to conquer the rest, beat the seasonal lows and be the best version of yourself. Amidst the bustling world of college, jobs, and relationships, we often forget that we are human. Humans have needs and emotions that need to be taken care of. Simple, daily self-care practices can improve one’s mood and outlook on life, which leads to healthier relationships, diets, mental well-being, and emotional well-being.
Here are some fun, laid-back activities you can indulge in to pamper yourself, because girl, you deserve it:
Skincare and Haircare:
