With the world being shut down for over a year, I can’t be the only one struggling to get into a routine this semester. But, this is our time to replace the pajamas with a cute fall outfit and go conquer the world.
The “Hot Girl Walk” is this year’s workout that has made its way all over TikTok, Instagram, and even my parent’s Facebook pages. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, the Hot Girl Walk is something that can benefit your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The beauty behind this whole workout is its versatility! Whether you have a day full of classes and homework, countless hours of free time, or a working job, this workout will get you your steps in for the day while also giving you something to look forward to.
Start With the Right Intentions
I sure won’t be the first to admit that lockdown had me craving junk food in front of the TV for hours. And a year later, I still crave time to myself to eat mac n’ cheese and watch comfort movies. Getting up in the morning isn’t ever easy, but with the right mindset, the Hot Girl Walk can make starting your day easier so much more fun.
Starting the day with the intention of getting in physical activity is often the hardest part to overcome. But, once you choose to start the day with positive intentions, working out becomes that much easier. The Hot Girl Walk gives you so much peace of mind, and you don’t have to try and navigate all the intimidating machines at the gym. All you need is a pair of tennis shoes and headphones to get this walk started.

My go-to place to walk to is my favorite local coffee shop. Having to walk for a long period of time seems much more bearable when I know my favorite latte is waiting for me.
