Our Favorite New and Upcoming Clothing Collaborations

An empty bank account is on its way…

2023 fashion is starting out with a bang as we are seeing so many clothing collabs. I know I’m not going to be the only one dropping my entire bank account on these products as recently, we have been seeing celebrities or other brands collaborating with other brands being released. Here are some of our favorites:

Skims x SZA

SZA has been in the talks for years and Skims is a brand that is gaining more and more attention every day. Once it was announced that there would be a collaboration, I think we all screamed. This singer is the new face of Kim Kardashian’s brand which features the new “Fits Everybody” collection. The collection was first announced towards the end of March on the Skims Instagram page where a picture of SZA wearing the new items was posted and had the caption, “@SZA for @SKIMS.” SZA states "I'm excited to be in SKIMS' latest Fits Everybody underwear campaign and to align myself with a brand that strives to make women feel both comfortable and sexy.” She is so true for this. Making sure a woman is feeling good in what they wear and comfortable in it is so important and I think we can all agree that SZA was the perfect partner for Skims’ new “Fits Everybody '' collection.

MadHappy x Lululemon

MadHappy and Lululemon are two of my favorite brands, and I screamed when I heard about this collaboration. At first, I was thinking, what could be the connection between these two brands. But then I realized that these brands are what college girls wear the most. Personally, I see so much MadHappy and Lululemon on a daily basis while walking around campus so this collaboration would make sense. Both MadHappy and Lululemon shared posts on their Instagram a few days ago announcing that the collection will be released on April 4th with the caption, “This is a co-created collection built for the body, inspired by the mind. Together with Madhappy, we designed these pieces to help every runner find their pace of mind”. The two brands offer amazing quality clothing pieces as well as a unique style that will definitely be a hit.

Frankies Bikinis x Sydney Sweeney

This one really did it for me. I am a sucker for shopping for swimsuits and Frankies Bikinis has never failed to provide us with some of the cutest swimwear. From bikinis to pieces to now cover-ups and even clothing items, I am always open to trying new swimwear. As a diehard Euphoria fan and also a dedicated Frankies Bikinis customer, I knew that all my money would be gone immediately - no this is not sarcastic. Announced in early March, Sydney Sweeney released her collection of bikinis in partnership with one of the hottest and trendiest brands today, Frankies Bikinis. First of all, this collection is absolutely beautiful. All the items are so stunning and have such a unique twist to them. The new spring collection titled, “Love Letters by Sydney Sweeney” offers a romantic and dramatic feel that features over 30 pieces. All the promotional pictures that have been posted on their Instagram actually make it seem like you are scrolling through a lookbook from Italy. This is the dreamiest collection ever with its romantic, feminine, and chic aesthetic. Both Frankies Bikinis and Sydney Sweeney really outdid themselves with this one.

These have been some of the most exciting collaborations I have seen, and a great start to the spring as well as summer seasons. From bikinis to windbreakers, there’s nothing not to love and I know I’m not the only one who’s looking forward to more and more clothing collaborations in the future.
