How Claudia Conway is Changing the Political Game
Kellyanne Conway’s 16-year-old daughter is becoming the face of Gen Z liberals.

Daughter of former Counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway, Claudia Conway, has shown her generation that she is a force to be reckoned with. Claudia has taken to social media platforms, predominantly TikTok and Twitter, to give her audience an insight into the messy world that is the White House... and she’s only 16.
Hailing from New Jersey, Claudia’s blunt and sarcastic humor permeates through the harsh world of politics. She became a recognized figure in June after voicing her support for the Black Lives Matter movement on TikTok. Since then, her liberal attitude in her conservative household has provided teens who are in similar situations with not only a role model, but a more lighthearted and humorous outlook on their situation.

Claudia’s social media has turned her into an iconic figure for Gen Z liberals around the country. Turning TikTok trends into ways to tell her audience about what goes on behind the scenes at the White House, Claudia most recently took to TikTok to expose that her mother had tested positive for COVID-19. Kellyanne Conway had stepped down from her job weeks prior to her positive test result in order to focus on her children, yet, many believe that she took such actions in order to minimize drama between Claudia and the White House.
Claudia also uses her platform to bring her experiences with mental health to light. She shares personal experiences with mental health treatment facilities, depression, anxiety, and how she is battling mental health challenges in her unsturdy home life. However, she continues to prove her relatability to her viewers as she is able to show her audience that these are issues that are not to be ignored.
Claudia’s Instagram posts also suggest fearlessness and total bad-assery—serving a killer bikini pic with a side of activism, of course. She gives her followers resources for voter registration, provides information about inequalities in the world, and continues to troll the Trump administration while also throwing in a paid ad promotion. This girl can do it all.
While some might disagree, I have admittedly fully jumped on the Claudia Conway wave. Her sass and confidence is unparalleled to other young political influencers. Claudia’s boldness in defying her family’s values shows that no matter how relevant your family might be, forming your own opinions should always be a priority.
Claudia has made countless headlines over the last six months and her platform continues to grow everyday even though her family is not involved in politics anymore. We look forward to her exposé TikToks and Twitter posts, and cannot wait to see what this 16 year old has in store for the upcoming election.
