Maia Simmons | Managing Digital Editor

Maia is from Toronto, Canada! She is a sophomore in the School of Education here at Syracuse University. She is majoring in Inclusive Childhood Education, with a minor in Sociology. She is involved all around campus through the Mary Anne Shaw Center, Hillel, the Taishoff Center, her sorority, and of course, University Girl! UGirl has given her a place to share her voice and she is forever grateful for that. She is totally obsessed with UGirl because of all the incredible, empowering woman she gets to work alongside, and she absolutely can’t wait for this year!
