Being a full-time student while prioritizing your health can be HARD. With minimal resources to find something accessible, cheap, but also good for you, snack shopping becomes extremely challenging. Often, this leaves us to resort to eating the food we have in our dorms.

Here are some snacks that can help you stay happy and healthy throughout the day:

On-The-Go Mornings

That’s It Fruit Bars: Made with real fruit and plant-based ingredients, these bars are a perfect way to start off your morning with something refreshing. Additionally, the bars are also vegan, kosher, gluten-free, and allergen-free, making them fun to try for anyone! I highly recommend trying the mango and blueberry bars.

Barebells Protein Bars: Need something a little more filling? These clean protein bars come in many delicious flavors like cookies & cream and salty peanut butter. They’re great if you're looking for something that will give you some energy for your 8 a.m.

SimpleMills Almond Soft-Baked Bars: Another non-artificial food that combines both a bar and bread. With variations like dark chocolate almond and nutty banana bread, this snack is amazing if you love a sweet breakfast.

Study Sesh Snacks

Hippeas Chickpea Puffs: Tasty snacks that are grown sustainably, vegan, gluten-free,  allergy-free and have plant-based protein! If you want a good, crunchy snack, try a handful!

Annie’s Cheddar Bunnies: If you're like me and you grew up LOVING Annie’s mac and cheese, here is your sign to try these. Even if these are “recommended for kids,” these cheesy bites are actually organic and made with real ingredients

Trader Joe’s Garlic Hummus With Vegetables: An amazing chickpea snack that’s filled with natural, real ingredients and protein. As a bonus, it can be paired with a variety of foods! I recommend trying this dip with cucumbers or carrots.

Something Sweet

Yasso Bars: These yummy greek yogurt bars are the perfect alternative if you're craving ice cream. With options like chocolate chip cookie dough and black raspberry chip, there are so many different flavors to taste!

Quaker Oat Rice Cakes: Made with 100% whole grain and gluten-free ingredients, these rice cakes are so delicious when paired with peanut butter, honey, and dark chocolate chips.

Dark Chocolate Covered Banana Bites: It’s as simple as it sounds, sliced real bananas dipped in dark chocolate. This is a great dessert to try if you want “the cooler way to eat fresh fruit.”

Midnight Cravings

Harmless Harvest Coconut Yogurt and Purely Elizabeth Cookie Granola: Harmless Harvest is the perfect base yogurt if you’re looking for a clean, dairy alternative. A great way to add some deliciousness to your yogurt is always with toppings! I recommend the Purely Elizabeth chocolate chip cookie granola because it tastes amazing, it’s gluten-free, and it’s a healthier option.

Lesser Evil Himalayan Pink Salt Popcorn: If you’re looking for a snack that is mainly savory but has a hint of sweetness, this is the popcorn for you. By combining organic ingredients like coconut oil and Himalayan salt, they offer a unique flavor, unlike other popcorn brands.

Nature’s Turn Freeze-Dried Fruit Crisps: A crunchy and sweet snack that satisfies your sweet tooth! Made with 100% real fruit and no additives, these snack packs are awesome if you're looking for something healthy.
