A Martini Moment Minus the Buzz…

There is something so timeless about a martini — its elegant glass, beautiful appearance and the accompanying feeling that you’re starring as a Bond girl. Whether you're tanning by the pool, having a girls’ night or simply romanticizing your summer, these zero-proof creations give you all the sophistication of a classic martini with a twist.

From fruity to French, these mocktails are as fun to make as they are to drink. Plus, I love a good shaker moment.

The Mock-tinis must knowS

The Base: Juices, teas or non-alcoholic spirits.

The Balance: Every drink needs contrast! Add something sweet, sour or spicy.

The Body: Temperature and texture are key. Shake with ice to froth and add volume.

The Beauty: My personal favorite! Decorate with sugar rims, garnishes and use cute glasses.

Five Sips, Five Vibes

Five martinis. Five moods. All delicious.

Garnish: A tiny basil sprig or watermelon triangle.

Serve with: A sundress and beach hat

2. French Martini

Recipe: Shake 2 oz pineapple juice, 2 oz raspberry juice and 1/2 oz vanilla syrup. Strain into a coupe.

Garnish: Fresh raspberries

Serve with: Red lipstick and a playlist on shuffle

3. Spicy Limoncello Martini

Recipe: Shake 2 oz lemon juice, 1 oz agave, 1/2 oz non alcoholic limoncello and a pinch of chili flakes or a dash of hot honey. Strain into a glass rimmed with Tajín or chili salt.

Garnish: Lemon twist or edible flower

Serve with: Square sunglasses and some drama

4. Pornstar martini

Recipe: Shake 2 oz passionfruit juice, 1 oz vanilla syrup and ½ oz lime juice with ice. Strain into a coupe. Top with a splash of sparkling white grape juice.

Garnish: Half a passionfruit

Serve with: Sunset pics and a glossy lip

5. Expresso Martini

Recipe: Shake 1 shot chilled espresso, 2 oz cold brew concentrate and 1 oz hazelnut or vanilla syrup. Strain into a martini glass.

Garnish: Three candied espresso beans

Serve with: Satin robe and girls’ night

A great drink doesn’t need alcohol to make an impression. These martini mocktails are proof that balance and good taste go a long way. Whether you're winding down or hosting friends, there's something special about holding a glass filled with something thoughtfully made. Here's to a summer well served!
