CBD Products You Need To Try
Our top picks from makeup to essential oils.

While I don’t recommend using CBD to celebrate 4/20, I do recommend it for daily use.
When my mom first told me about the CBD fad that seems to be taking over the health and beauty world, I was skeptical. Like... what’s the hype if it doesn’t get you high?
As it turns out, CBD really chills you out. Really calms the body down. It’s proven that CBD provides relief for physical pain and aching, assists with anxiety and depression, and benefits your skin. I’ve tried CBD essential oils, hair products, body polish, chap-stick, makeup, and even cigarettes. There is a wide variety of CBD products to choose from, so take your pick!
I’m obsessed with Milk Makeup. The branding is modern and sleek and gives me total Euphoria vibes. The first CBD-infused product I ever tried was Milk Makeup’s KUSH mascara. The product has a multitude of cruelty-free and organic ingredients, CBD oil included. The product produces full, thick looking lashes. I totally recommend it.
If you’re into aroma therapy, CBD is definitely something you should invest in. If you’re like me and can’t LIVE in a space without an oil diffuser, shop your favorite essential oil store for CBD oil for your machine. The oil is designed to relieve you of stress, calm you down, and create a productive space. If you find it hard to focus in your room, but don’t feel like walking to Bird, this is a must-have. My favorite essential oils are from Urban Outfitters. I like to have them all have the same label because they sit on my desk, but Amazon obviously has a huge selection. My friend’s mom swears by BKLYN CBD, so there are tons of places to choose from.
I love my CBD essential oils and diffuser so much—nothing compares to the smell and the feeling of a CBD oil roller. It’s seriously like a perfume roller. I dab some on my wrist before studying or sleeping to relax and/or focus. I linked one, but again, there are so many to pick from.
While tests will soon be back in person, I’m lucky enough to say I was soaking up sun and smoking a CBD cigarette during my math final last semester. It kept me chill while doing the most stressful task maybe in the world. But there’s never a wrong time to pop a CBD cig and just vibe. The first time I tried one, I coughed so much which was alarming. I was about to swear them off, but then I got a flood of good feelings running through my body. The next time I partook in a CBD cig, I didn’t cough and just had a pleasant time. If you’re trying to quit smoking cigarettes or vaping or smoking weed, I’d recommend smoking CBD.
Speaking of which, many of my friends are trying to quit nicotine right now. Shout-out! Proud of y’all. If I was in that position, I would recommend a CBD vape pen. They obviously relieve anxiety, but also give you something to hit when you’re craving the feeling of inhaling something. There are tons to choose from, so look around if that’s something you’re interested in.
There are a million ways to incorporate CBD into your daily life, not to mention diet and more! There’s everything from CBD mascara to tea and I can’t stress how much you should try it out. As someone who gets a little (or, like, a lot) anxious from time to time, I can testify to the ~healing powers~ of CBD. I SWEAR by this stuff, so take my word for it and do yourself a favor. Happy 4/21, kids.
